What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for annual plans. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference immediately. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with the service, request a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. No questions asked.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
If you approach your plan limits, we'll notify you in advance. You can upgrade to a higher plan or purchase additional capacity as needed. We never interrupt your service without warning.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes! Annual plans come with a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. We also offer special pricing for educational institutions and non-profit organisations.
Does a self-service (ESS) employee count against my plan's seats?
No, never. Seats are for operators only. ESS employees are a completely separate counter with their own volume tiers — you can be on the Starter plan with 12 operators and thousands of ESS employees.
What's the difference between a viewer and an ESS employee?
A viewer sees company data (reports and dashboards), read-only — free and unlimited. An ESS employee interacts with their own data from mobile: punches attendance, requests leave, views payslips — that's what the per-head price covers.
When does an employee become an operator?
The moment they need to act for others: approve their team's leave, enter invoices, manage shipments. They then take an operator seat at your plan's rate and leave the ESS counter.
Do I need my own OpenAI account or API keys for the AI?
No. AI is included on every plan with a monthly token allowance (1M on Starter, 5M on Growth, 100M on Scale) — no external account, no separate AI invoice. If you prefer to bring your own key, that is supported too.
Do AI modules count toward the Starter plan's module limit?
Yes — modules like Intelligence and AI Studio count toward Starter's five modules and are enabled when you pick them. Growth and above include the AI modules in the plan. We state this clearly so there are no surprises after you subscribe.
