Thirteen systems, named, with their real published prices — nothing estimated, nothing hidden. Last verified: August 2026.

01The answer

The full comparison, at published prices

Direct answer: there is no single best ERP in Egypt. For companies of 20–300 people that need operations, finance, HR, WhatsApp and ETA e-invoicing in one Arabic-capable system, the serious candidates are ILORA, Daftra, Hunt ERP and Zemam. Choose Odoo if you need broad customisation and can fund it, ERPNext if you have technical staff, and SAP, NetSuite or Dynamics 365 if you are a large multi-country group. Published prices start at free (self-hosted ERPNext), EGP 489/mo (Daftra) and $99/mo for 12 seats (ILORA), rising to $110 per user per month (Dynamics 365 Premium).

How this table was built: every figure is a list price published on the vendor's own site at the time of verification (August 2026). Where a vendor publishes nothing we wrote "not published — quote only" instead of guessing; that applies to SAP Business One, NetSuite, Zemam, AccFlex and Voko. Promotional rates change, so check the official page before deciding. And note the licence is never the full cost: implementation on global systems is often 2–5× the licence, and per-user pricing compounds with every new hire.

02Verdicts

A straight verdict on each — including when a competitor wins

ILORA
Best fit if you want shipping or labs + accounting + payroll + WhatsApp + ETA in one system, working in Arabic and English. Not the fit if you need heavy discrete manufacturing (Early Access only).
Odoo
The widest app ecosystem in the world and many Egyptian partners. Pick it if you have a customisation budget and a partner, or need a rare module. Watch the per-user cost — it compounds with every warehouse hand and rep.
Daftra
The best starting point if you need Arabic invoicing and books quickly at the lowest published price. Its limits appear in deep HR and logistics operations.
Qoyod
Very strong in Saudi Arabia and wired into ZATCA. If your operations are mainly Egyptian, ETA matters more than ZATCA.
Hunt ERP / Zemam
Serious Egyptian challengers with real localisation. The one catch: neither publishes full pricing, so a true cost comparison needs a call.
ERPNext
The best choice if you have an in-house developer and want to own the stack with no licence fees. The real cost is your team's time, not the subscription.
SAP / NetSuite / Dynamics 365
Genuinely the right answer if you are a multi-country group needing process standardisation, international audit and a real implementation budget. For a 20–300 person company you are usually paying for complexity you will not use.

03Method

How to choose in 30 minutes

Write down your three most painful processes
Not a module list — the actual processes: COD reconciliation, month-end close, courier payroll, shipment follow-up. Any system that cannot solve all three is out immediately.
Demand a demo on your own data
A demo on the vendor's data proves nothing. Ask them to load 20 of your real invoices and 10 of your real employees. A vendor who refuses here will refuse during implementation too.
Cost three years, not one month
Multiply your expected user count two years out × per-user price + implementation + training. The ranking between vendors changes completely at this step.
Verify ETA yourself
Ask them to issue a real e-invoice in front of you and show it landing in the Tax Authority platform. "ETA compliant" on a slide is not evidence.
Ask about leaving
How do you export all your data if you walk away? A vague answer here is a price you pay later.

04FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is the best ERP software in Egypt?
There is no single winner — there is a best fit. For companies of 20–300 people needing operations, finance, HR and WhatsApp in one place in Arabic, ILORA, Daftra, Hunt ERP and Zemam are the closest matches. Choose Odoo if you need heavy customisation, ERPNext if you have technical staff, and SAP, NetSuite or Dynamics 365 if you are a large multi-country group.
How much does an ERP cost in Egypt?
Published prices start at free (self-hosted ERPNext), EGP 489/mo (Daftra) and $99/mo for 12 seats (ILORA), rising to $80–$110 per user per month (Dynamics 365 Business Central). SAP and NetSuite publish nothing. The rule that matters more: the licence is not the cost — implementation on global systems is often 2–5× the licence.
What is the cheapest Arabic ERP?
ERPNext is entirely free if you host it yourself, but its real cost is your technical team's time. The cheapest published ready-to-use price is Daftra's base plan. If you need many seats, compare cost per user: per-user pricing overtakes an all-inclusive subscription quickly.
Do all of these support Egyptian e-invoicing?
No. The Egyptian and Arabic systems (ILORA, Daftra, Hunt, Zemam, AccFlex) support ETA natively. Odoo, SAP, NetSuite and Dynamics need a partner or an app. Qoyod is wired to Saudi ZATCA, not Egyptian ETA. Note too that the Egyptian Tax Authority does not approve "intermediary programs" — an accounting system you own that integrates with the platform is the permitted route.
What is best for a shipping or logistics company?
Dedicated shipping platforms (Shipsy, Shipox, Shiprex) are strong on tracking and routing but do not hold your books or pay your couriers. ILORA is the only option on this list that combines shipping operations with the ledger, payroll, COD reconciliation and ETA invoicing in one system.
How long does go-live actually take?
Arabic cloud systems: days to weeks. Odoo and ERPNext: weeks to months depending on customisation. SAP, NetSuite and Dynamics: months to a year. ILORA ranges from one to 30 days depending on module count and migration size.
Can I run an ERP on my own servers?
Yes with ILORA, ERPNext, Odoo and SAP Business One. NetSuite is cloud-only. Dynamics 365 is phasing on-premise out. For regulated sectors or government tenders, ask about this early.
How can I verify these prices myself?
Every figure in the table is a list price published on the vendor's own site as of August 2026. Where a vendor publishes nothing we wrote "not published" instead of guessing. Check the official pricing pages before deciding — promotional rates change.
