We stand behind the platform's value. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your first paid subscription, you're entitled to a full refund.

We appreciate feedback to improve, but you're not obligated to give a reason within the 30-day window.

02Exceptions
Fees for custom features, bespoke integrations or dedicated engineering hours.
One-time onboarding, training or priority implementation fees once rendered.
Overage charges for AI tokens, SMS credits or extra storage beyond plan limits.
Subscription renewals aren't covered — cancel before your billing cycle renews.
03How to request a refund
By email or a ticket from your admin dashboard, within 30 days of purchase.
Organisation name, account email and subscription details so we can locate your payment quickly.
We process within 1–2 business days; funds return to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
After the guarantee period: no prorated refunds for the remainder of a billing cycle, and you keep full access until your paid period ends — we recommend exporting your data before it does.
