01The problem

Your best leads are buried under a post

Nobody set out to ignore them. Comments simply do not behave like messages: they sit under a post, they arrive in the middle of a hundred emojis, and the notification is gone by the time anyone opens the app.

“How much?” under the ad

Someone asks the price in public, in front of everyone who scrolls past. Nobody answers for two days — so the whole audience reads that as your answer.

The reply is invisible

Facebook shows you one comment at a time. A reply attached to a sibling comment on the same post might as well not exist, so the same question gets answered three times and the angry one gets answered never.

Two people, one comment

The page password is on three phones. Two of your team answer the same customer, in two different tones, sometimes with two different prices.

Nobody remembers what was promised

A discount was offered in a comment last Tuesday. Which comment, by whom, to whom? The thread has moved on and there is no record.

Complaints found by accident

Somebody mentions your brand somewhere you were not looking, and you hear about it from a friend a week later — when it is a screenshot instead of a comment.

02The comment inbox

Comments are first-class here — not an afterthought

Most inboxes treat a comment as a message with no context, because that is how the platform hands it over. We rebuild the thread instead: open any comment and you get the whole conversation under that post — the root comments, the replies beneath them, and your own answers nested exactly where they were sent.

01

The whole thread, from any door

Open one comment and you see every comment and reply on that post, nested by parent — including the answers your team already sent. No more replying to something that was handled an hour ago.

02

Hide, when replying is the wrong move

Some comments do not deserve an answer. Hide it from the thread without leaving the inbox, and get on with the ones that are actually customers.

03

Tagged and summarised as it arrives

Each comment comes in with its intent and its tags already on it, so a queue of 80 comments sorts itself into questions, complaints and noise before you read a word.

03Auto-reply, on your terms

It is off until you turn it on. And it knows when to stop.

The fastest way to embarrass a brand is a bot answering forty comments in half a second, in public, at three in the morning. So automatic replying ships switched off, and when you do switch it on it runs inside limits written in the code rather than promised on a page. These are the actual numbers.

30–90s

Human speed, not machine speed

Every automatic reply waits a randomised 30 to 90 seconds before it is sent. A person needs at least half a minute to read and answer, and machine speed is exactly what platforms detect.

4h

It stands down the moment you speak

The instant one of your team replies in a thread, the AI stays out of that thread for four hours. The customer is talking to a person now, and two voices answering at once is the failure everyone sees.

60

A daily circuit breaker

A hard ceiling on automatic replies per channel per day. When it is reached the bot stops for the rest of the day rather than degrading quietly into nonsense.

8

Nobody gets machine-answered forever

One conversation can receive at most eight automatic replies in a rolling 24 hours. A customer who keeps writing reaches a human, not a loop.

23–08

Quiet hours, in your timezone

No automatic replies overnight. A 3am reply is not service, it is a notification nobody asked for — and it is read in your organization's own timezone, not a server's.

Silence beats a wrong answer

A blocked reply is not retried, not queued, and not downgraded into a generic apology. Nothing is sent and the conversation stays with the humans — a rule in the code, not a slogan.

04Brand listening

Find out today, not when it is a screenshot

Write rules on the words that matter — your brand name, a product, a competitor, a mention of your page, or comments on one specific post. Every match is stored with its sentiment and its topic, so “people are angry about delivery again” becomes something you can see instead of something you sense.

01

Rules you write in a sentence

Keywords, mentions of your page, or comments under a chosen post. No query language, no setup project — type the word you care about and it starts matching.

02

Sentiment and topic on every match

Each match is classified as it lands and tagged with what it is actually about — pricing, support, a bug, speed — so the complaints separate themselves from the compliments.

03

A competitor flag that does something

Mark a rule as competitor tracking and the negative mentions it catches stop being trivia. See the next section for what happens to them.

05From comment to pipeline

A complaint about someone else is a lead

Somebody says, in public, that a competitor let them down. That is not a mention to archive — it is the warmest lead you will get this week. So the free tier includes the CRM, and the path from the comment to a named owner is wired, not manual.

01

The rule catches it

A competitor-tracking rule matches the mention, and the sentiment comes back negative. Both conditions, not just the keyword — a happy mention of a competitor is not an opportunity.

02

A lead is created for you

The match becomes a CRM lead automatically, carrying where it came from, so nobody has to notice it, copy it, and type it in before it goes cold.

03

One owner, one thread

The conversation links to that lead — or to an existing client if you already know them — with exactly one named owner. Everyone can see the history; one person is answering.

06What is included

Free is a real product here, not a locked demo

When you grow

The rest of the platform is already there

You are inside the same system a full ERP runs on. Nothing is migrated when you open more of it — the conversations, leads and owners you built for free stay exactly where they are.

  • → More than three people, more storage, a bigger AI budget
  • → Marketing, for publishing and scheduling your posts and for paid-ads reporting — a separate module, not part of this tier
  • → Sales, invoicing, HR, accounting and projects on the same customer record

Run your customer service on WhatsApp too? That is its own free tier — a different module with its own inbox, not included in this one. And the full price list lives on the pricing page.

07FAQ

Questions and answers

Is it really free?
Yes, free forever — not a trial. Three people, the full social comments inbox, the AI drafts, the listening rules and the CRM, with no credit card and no expiry date. We offer it as the door into our full platform, and you upgrade when three people and 1 GB stop being enough.
Which channels does this cover?
Your Facebook Page and the Instagram account connected to it — comments on your posts, mentions, the replies underneath them, and Direct Messages. That is the whole list for this tier. WhatsApp is a different module with its own free tier, and Telegram is a separate module as well; neither is part of this one.
Can I publish or schedule posts from it?
No. This is an inbox, not a publishing tool. Scheduling posts and reporting on paid ads live in the Marketing module, which is not included here. What you get is everything that happens after a post is live: the comments, the mentions and the messages.
Does the AI reply to customers on its own?
Only if you switch it on — automatic replying ships off. Until then the AI writes drafts and you press send. When you do enable it, it waits a randomised 30 to 90 seconds before sending, stops for four hours in any thread where a human has replied, respects a daily ceiling per channel and a cap of eight replies per conversation per day, and sends nothing at all overnight.
Will it invent a price to get out of a question?
It is instructed never to invent prices, offers, dates or contact details, and it answers the exact comment it was given in that customer's own language. It also reads the post the comment sits under before drafting, so the answer is about your real offer. And when a reply is blocked by a rule, nothing is sent — silence beats a wrong answer in public.
Can two of my team answer the same comment?
Each conversation carries exactly one named owner, and the full thread under the post is reassembled so your team can see the answers that were already sent — including replies attached to a different comment on the same post. That is the mistake this fixes.
What are the limits on the free tier?
Three users, 1 GB of storage, and 300,000 AI tokens a month, which is what the drafts and the auto-replies draw on. Plus a ceiling of 300 automatic replies a month — that applies to auto-reply and autopilot only; a draft you review and send yourself does not count against it. Voice and video transcription is not included. When you need more of any of it, you move to a paid plan.
Does a negative mention really become a lead?
Yes, when you mark the rule as competitor tracking. If that rule matches and the sentiment comes back negative, a CRM lead is created automatically from the match. That is why the CRM is included free alongside the inbox: a lead you cannot open would be a broken promise.
How long does setup take?
Minutes, not a project. Sign up, connect your Facebook Page, and the comments start arriving. There is no employee master to import and no chart of accounts to configure — that is precisely why this tier can be self-serve.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted with AES-256, isolated per organization by architecture rather than by policy, and GDPR compliant. Your conversations are never used to train AI models.
