Is Meetings Free really free?
Yes — free forever, not a trial, and no credit card. You get video meetings, transcripts, AI minutes with action items, invitations with RSVP tracking, and webinar mode. We offer it as the door into our full platform, and you upgrade only when you outgrow it.
How many people can be on the free tier?
Three users from your company. Guests you invite to a meeting do not consume a user seat — they join from a link in the invitation, without an ILORA account.
Do I need Zoom, Meet or Teams alongside it?
No. The meeting room runs inside ILORA on your own domain, in the browser. Nobody installs anything, and the transcript and the minutes all come from the same room rather than from a second tool you have to stitch on.
Do the transcript and the AI summary work in Arabic?
Yes. The transcript follows the language spoken in the room, and the summary and the action items are written in Arabic or in English. A meeting held in Arabic produces Arabic minutes — not an English translation of them.
Can I share a recording with someone who was not in the meeting?
Recording is a paid-plan feature. On a paid plan, every finished recording can be opened as a public share link, so a client or a colleague watches it without an account and without being added to your organization. On the free tier you send the minutes and the transcript instead — both are free.
How does the invitation reach people who do not use ILORA?
By email, with an .ics attachment. Their own calendar app adds it in one click, and their reply — accepted, tentative or declined — is tracked against the meeting so you can see who is actually coming before you walk in.
What exactly are the free limits?
